Fast Processing & Delivery
Many of our products are delivered electronically as downloads and serials. We endeavour to process these as fast as possible and for most products, this means 1-2 hours during the working day (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday). Wherever possible, orders will be processed outside these times but this is not always possible. Many licences will not be processed by manufacturers outside working hours. Please note: many licenses are subject to approval by the software manufacturers and licenses can only be released once their approval/license creation processes are complete.
Please bear in mind that many electronically activated applications cannot be returned or cancelled. Please choose carefully when selecting software and ask us if you have any queries prior to purchase. We can provide fully featured trials of every piece of software we sell, so there should be no risk or uncertainty when purchasing. We are always happy to advise and assist - this is what we are here for.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, please contact us within seven days of purchase. Subscription policies vary by manufacturer and whilst we will endeavour to assist, not all software vendors will accept cancellations once software has been activated (and used).
Physical items can only be returned once a returns authorisation has been issued. Please contact us for this. We are only able to accept returns if an item is unopened an unused within 14 days of purchase, is not special order, or is delivered incorrectly.
Items ordered before 2pm on a working day are usually despatched the same day. Our primary delivery service is DPD, a zero carbon delivery company. Orders over £150 to the UK are shipped free of charge. Below £150 a charge of £5.95+VAT is applied. Shipping to other countries is charged at £15+VAT.
If you decide you do not want your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened, we will happily accept the item back. All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted. If an item is sent incorrectly, we will organise collection free of charge; if not a collection fee of £9.95 is applicable.
